· Reverend Dieudonné Raymond founded the Holy Bible Baptist Church in 1986 and has been the Senior Pastor since its inception. He also founded the Holy Bible Bible Institute in August, 2008 and serves as its president.
· Born in Gonaives, Haiti, Rev. Dieudonné Raymond attended both primary and secondary schools in Port-au-Prince.
He started preaching the word of God when he was only nine years old while serving as an assistant to his father, a pastor
in Haiti. Rev. Raymond moved to Boston in 1981 and married his wife, Yolène, in 1983. They have three
children: Diny, Donathan, and Doran.
· Rev. Raymond was ordained as a minister at the age of 21. Prior to founding the Holy Bible Baptist Church,
he served as co-pastor of Bethel Baptist Church in Cambridge (1981–1985), and also co-founded the Allston Haitian Baptist
Church in 1983, where he was co-pastor until 1986.
· Rev. Raymond graduated from Liberty Baptist Univeristy with a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Ministry in 1981.
While serving as the Senior Pastor of the Holy Bible Baptist Church, he attended Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and
received a Master of Divinity in Theology in 2002. Having completed his Doctoral of Ministry courses from Trinity Theological
Seminary, he is now doing research for his doctoral thesis.
· A Bible and theology teacher, a church conference speaker, an orator on church leadership and
church growth, and a specialist in church conflict resolution, Rev. Raymond is very active in and around greater Boston.
In addition to his ministries in the United States, he has preached and held conferences in Haiti, Canada, and the Bahamas.
He frequently offers his services to a variety of non-profit organizations and groups. He is one of the pioneers
of the Association of Haitian Pastors and Churches of New England of which he served as the General Secretary from 1993
to 1997. He is a member of the Greater Boston Baptist Association in Needham. He served as a member of the Board
of Directors of the Baptist Convention of New England from 2004 to 2006. He also served as a board member of the
Haitian-American Cultural Center from 1990 to 1993.
· His second favorite character from the Bible is: Daniel, because he inspires him with
his steadfastness, his prayer life and his loyalty to God in all circumstances at all time.
